About
Psychedelic Integration
Psychedelic experiences can open profound inner landscapes that bring insight, healing, spiritual connection, forgotten memories, powerful emotions, or entirely new ways of seeing ourselves and our lives. Sometimes what we encounter is beautiful and expansive; at other times it can be confusing, challenging, or difficult to make sense of once we return to everyday reality.
Integration is the process of gently exploring what the experience has revealed and finding ways to bring its insights into your life.
What you will experience
In my psychedelic integration sessions, I offer a grounded, compassionate and open space in which you can explore your experience without judgement. Together, we may work with the emotions, images, messages, patterns or questions that arose, while listening for what is asking to be understood, healed or embodied.
My approach draws upon my many years of work with shamanic practice, ceremony, inner-child and ancestral work, embodiment, meditation, sound and spiritual guidance. I also bring my background as a social worker and my experience of holding people through deep processes of transformation.
Integration may include reflection and conversation, grounding and embodiment practices, creative or ritual work, meditation, journaling, working with the inner child or ancestral patterns, and exploring how the insights you received can translate into real changes in your relationships, choices, boundaries and everyday life.
Integration can be particularly valuable when an experience has left you feeling unsettled, overwhelmed, confused or unsure of what it meant.
The intention is not to interpret your journey for you, but to support you in developing your own relationship with what you experienced, so that what was opened during the journey can gradually become something lived, grounded and integrated.
