An unforgettable Shamanic Retreat in Kenya
Join us on a magical 4 day journey embraced by community and the sacred landscapes of Kenya.
We invite you to return to your essence—through deep healing, guided ceremonies, prayer, and the vibrant pulse of dance and song.
This retreat is a sanctuary for you —a space to pause, reflect, and integrate the lessons of the year.
Through connection with the land, with community, and with Spirit, we will weave our visions and dreams into a living tapestry of joy, gratitude, and soul empowerment.
Step into profound ceremonial work, heart-opening presence, and the beauty of remembering who you truly are—held by nature, held by each other, and held by the light that shines in every one of us.
A time to pause….
At this time of the year it is easy to get caught up in the rush before the holiday season, which often leaves us exhausted and probably unfulfilled. Generally we all feel that time is running fast and if we don’t stop and step out of our routines once in a while then life simply passes us by.
A lack of presence can lead to us forgetting that being on this beautiful planet Earth is a privilege. Even in times of struggle and challenges our experiences have a silver living and are happening ‘for’ us to help us grow and teach us the lessons that our Souls have chosen to learn.
To fully realise and integrate changes in our lives or to even notice that things HAVE to change, because of health challenges, a lack of energy, inspiration and joy it is important to take a ‘moment’ out of our busy schedules, to reflect, to learn something new, open our hearts, spend time with like minded people and dive a little deeper into our subconscious mind.
We warmly invite you to a magical place in nature in the African Savanna, to Sandai Farm, a family-run retreat nestled between the majestic Mount Kenya and the scenic Aberdare ranges, about 3-4 hours drive from Nairobi in Kenya, to do exactly this.
Let yourself be held and guided by a team of experienced Practitioners, the strength of mighty Mount Kenya, the vastness and beauty of the African countryside and of course the Spirit of Mama Africa.

Hear from Past Retreat Participants…
“The retreat with Hamaima and her wonderful co-hosts was one of the best experiences for me last year.
The safe space created by the hosts was simply magical and sacred.
It allowed for so much healing and growth for all participants, along with the opportunity to connect with likeminded souls from various countries. I have rarely felt this connected to strangers and went home with the feeling, that my family of light had grown.
The Plantmedicine Ceremonies were beautifully conducted and very powerful. The supporting
programme of yoga, breathwork, the visit to a sacred site and, last but
not least, the wonderful food rounded off the retreat perfectly.
A clear recommendation for anyone who feels called to work on themselves in
order to support the New Earth with their gifts.”

Meet Your Facilitators
Chandvi
Since her childhood Chandvi loved exploring life with art and music. As she began the journey to explore the depths of herself, she found herself longing to be surrounded by nature and to sit in ceremony.
In 2016, she took a leap of faith and travelled to Peru, to pilgrimage through the mountains. This journey unravelled many truths and she found herself connecting deeper to her heart. This was the beginning of a beautiful journey of learning and training in various therapeutic modalities and plant medicines. Chandvi felt it was important to create a bridge between the Eastern and Western worlds in her work.
Over time, she has woven all that she has learnt to hold space in her own unique way. To create a space from the heart, where all parts of us can surface and be seen, and ultimately be integrated with deep love and acceptance.
All that Chandvi does is with the intention to bring us home to ourselves.

Hamaima
Hamaima is a Shamanic Practitioner, Musician, Sound Healer and New Earth Guide with many years of experience in holding space for yoga classes, workshops, ceremonies and retreats world wide. In her work she combines ancient practices from different spiritual traditions to guide and empower those, who feel drawn to the vibration she carries.
Hamaima had many strong experiences in her own life and on her spiritual path and knows the darkest darkness as well as the brightest light. She leads you through the valleys of your shadow, so you might embark on light filled mountain tops always reminding you that both energies, the light and the dark are equally important.
Through ancient womb wisdom, inner child work, ancestral healing and cosmic guidance she enables in you an increased state of balance, grounding and harmony.
Hamaima offers her work in a playful, creative and equally powerful way, so you experience deep healing and at the same time learn simple tools, that will help you remember “who you are”.

Shayur
At the heart of his life is a deep love for conscious practices that weave together meditation, nature, music, and dance.
Over the years, Shayur’s path has taken him from India to South and Central America, where he has immersed himself in trainings into traditions that continue to shape his work and way of being.
As the founder of Ecstatic Dance Kenya, Shayur DJs and curates musical journeys that invite people into movement, connection, and presence.
His sets blend a wide range of global sounds—designed to stir the soul, awaken the body and create connection. For him, the dance floor is a sacred space, where we remember who we are, beyond words and roles.
Shayur also Holds space with Cacao in intimate one-on-one ceremonies as well as in larger group circles. This gentle, heart-opening plant has become one of his greatest teachers, offering a beautiful way to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the natural world.
In Nairobi, Shayur co-hosts kirtan gatherings—spaces filled with song, devotion, and community. There’s something so powerful about singing together: the rhythm, the resonance, the way our voices blend into something greater than the sum of their parts.
Through all these offerings—whether it’s dance, music, ceremony, or meditation—Shayur’s intention is to create spaces where people can come home to themselves, feel deeply, and celebrate the beauty of being.
